Chef Scott, Provisions Gourmet Market
Scott, creator of the award-winning gourmet foods at Provisions, will personally prepare special dishes for each evenings tasting. From seafood to barbeque, from salads to desserts, each tasty morsel will be presented for your enjoyment and paired with a complementary wine.

Angela, STLwinegirl (www.stlwinegirl.com) and recently named “goddess of wine” by Sauce Magazine, is an independent wine and food consultant. She will lead the class in learning what wine pairs with each dish, explain the difference the right wine with the right food makes, and how to use that knowledge in your own cooking and entertaining. Because pairing is a subjective art, the class will include an open discussion format.
